This affordable system Acts as a foundation to support to wall and roof of the building treated 4”x4” runners supported by treated 4”x4” post set 3’ deep on 60 lb concrete footers below frost back filled with dirt 4’ on center, runner and post tied together with steel straps, walls treated bottom plate lag bolted to treated wood foundation. (Add concrete, gravel, hay or whatever you like) $12 per linier ft on 24’ or less building / $15 per linier foot on building 26’ or larger (increase in lumber and concrete)
