What We Need To Start Your B.O.S.S Shed

A signed building permit

Copy of scalable survey (building/zoning requirements)

Level ground +/- -6" (we do not do excavation)

Cap and locale all sprinkler lines and heads

Provide electrical outlet to run power tools

Once location of shed is agreed upon, changes can no longer be made

Customer does not have to be home after contact with the builder, sites are staked in all four corners and door location

Final payment is due when building is complete

Note: Buildings are not painted or stained.
We do not wire for electricity. We do not build without a permit.
